Tensions between systems

• The differences between factions generate diplomatic tensions. Hydrovelan justice is considered too fickle by the Nanocodax. The Solarnati distrust algorithmic control and promote inter-faction transparency treaties.
• Selective extradition pacts have been established in neutral zones. There are “Encounter Codes” that stipulate which law applies when members of different factions come into contact.

Each system reflects not only a way of managing conflict, but also a vision of responsibility, community, and shared memory.
