Context
A nomadic aerial civilization, organized into self-sufficient clans and flotillas. They dominate the sky and live in constant motion along air currents. Their means of transport are not just vehicles, but homes, with clearly distinct designs.
Everyday transport:
- Flight packs (personal): Semi-autonomous gliders made from advanced fabrics and high-resistance fibers. They run on hydrogen microturbines and thermal currents. They fold easily, similar to collapsible hang gliders, though each user creates their own design.
- Aeroboards: Individual vehicles powered by compressed hydrogen bubbles, equipped with flexible sails and aerodynamic rudders. Ideal for traveling through high fog layers or gliding over clouds, they allow fast, silent navigation in three dimensions.
- Kite-taxis: Short-range interpersonal vehicles, ideal for moving several people or cargo between floating platforms.
- Celestial Vessels: Medium-sized aircraft powered by high-performance hydrogen turbines. They include cabins and versatile spaces, making them the quintessential aerial vehicles.
- Aerial Platforms (group): Giant dirigibles made from fine frameworks of advanced materials (carbon fiber, graphene) and smart textiles. They move slowly, guided by prevailing winds and assisted by solar power.
- Hangars: Floating structures that remain on stable routes, designed to receive damaged aircraft or those requiring intensive maintenance.
- Atmospheric Cities: Huge constructions suspended between two layers of the atmosphere, capable of sheltering large numbers of people. They serve as observatories and laboratories, kept aloft by a delicate balance of oxygenated domes, altitude generators, and atmospheric positioning.
- Floating Castles: The central cores of each flotilla—colossal aerial structures built from ultra-light materials, smart textiles, and thermo-atmospheric lift generators. They house entire communities, vertical agricultural systems, and command stations, and serve as mobile refuges in times of threat.

In conflicts:
- Storm Wings: squadrons of aircraft equipped with non-lethal offensive modules (kinetic nets, sonic pulses).
- Containment platforms: armored variants of the group platforms, used to evacuate or control aerial war zones.
